Italian Garden is very authentic.
I have tried the Chicken Parmesean - it is great and you have plenty leftover to take home and enjoy.
The Seafood Alfredo is delicious the sauce is made when order is placed....no re-heated stuff.
The bread that is brought out with the meal is great...warm and leaves you asking for more.
The staff is extremely friendly.
Nick the chef is amazing.
Overall the restaurant is great.

Nick uses fresh ingredients and makes great dishes with flavor and a variety of good sauces. The bread and Pizza dough is the best around. I live in the neighborhood and eat there at least once a week...never had a bad meal. Though the place is a little small and gets noisy when crowded, it is always enjoyable. It's BYOB which is nice if you take a group and want to bring that special bottle of wine and not have to pay the mark up. Pizza is authentic and best I've tasted in Waco.
